How it Works
360° Refined is a 360° review that's fast, clear, and complete. The 75 clickable questions and four open-ended questions take just 15-20 minutes to complete. You control the process via an administration page where you send reminders and watch the responses come in, creating the feedback report at the click of a button. The feedback report maps out strengths, areas for improvement, and differences between self/other perceptions of behavior.
